This may include either direct ownership or hands-on strategic advice.
E3 was established in 2009 under the name Emboss Capital. In 2012, the company was rebranded to form a partnership with a UK fund manager as part of a joint venture to acquire Invista Plc in a public-to-private takeover of the group platform. In 2016, following a management buyout, we rebranded for the 3rd time to E3 Capital Partners.
